Ashley Hough is chatting with Tom Johnson about his transition from Professional Rugby to running his own gym as a Personal Trainer in the Health & Fitness industry.
We will look back at Tom’s illustrious rugby career, which includes 10 years at the top flight in English Rugby with Premiership Champions, Exeter Chiefs. As well as getting selected for England, getting his first cap against South Africa, achieving a life long dream of facing the ‘Haka’ in New Zealand, and learnings that he took from playing at the highest level.
After studying with us here at Performance Training Academy to achieve his Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and upon retiring from rugby, we discuss Toms transition into the health and fitness industry where he now runs his own gym as a Personal Trainer.
