PORTFOLIO COMPLETION AND PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT
Now is the time to start bring everything together and to get your final observed practical delivery completed.
Make sure the following is done if you haven’t already (If you can get this done over the next few days it would be greatly appreciated and will speed up your certification process):
LEVEL 2 LEARNER ASSESSMENT RECORD:
- Ensure your Level 2 Learner Assessment Records are fully completed (Task 1, 2 and 4).
- Upload your Level 2 Practical Assessment Paperwork (pages 155 – 165 in your Practical Manual).
LEVEL 3 LEARNER ASSESSMENT RECORD:
- Complete Task 1 – Consultation Document. Baseline measure tests and Postural Analysis for your client.
- Complete Task 2 – Programming, Delivery and Review
- Upload your learner logs (pages 171-173, 177-178 and 181). Make sure your name, assessor name (Pete Howard) and dates (09/03/24) are added. Wherever you see ‘Outcome’ can you write ‘Pass’ and next to ‘Final Result’ write ‘Pass’ (if Pete hasn’t already).
- Design a 4th Personal Training session that you will use for your Level 3 Practical Delivery.
The following videos give both and overview to this required work, and importantly gives a detailed explanation of what you will need to do to pass your Level 3 Practical Assessment.
