These resources will also help you complete your work in the Level 3 Pilates Learner Assessment Record that is located in your Student Portfolio (you can use the link below to access this).
After each of your practical workshops we will add into this course module an overview of what you learnt, resources and handouts from the days teaching, and also homework that will need to be completed prior to the next practical workshop.
